Project Management

Offshore Energy perform work using best industry practices and in compliance with the contract requirements. Our personnel are highly qualified and experienced. Services we provide are meet contract specifications and in in line with current legislation, codes and industry standards. Offshore Energy can provide highly experienced dedicated management and engineering services including site supervision, resources and equipment necessary to perform the detailed scope of work. Project philosophies, specifications, procedures and plans are prepared and written by our in house personnel and internally discipline-checked to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prior to the final issue, a HIRA will be performed with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders, with any agreed changes or efficiencies being incorporated into the procedures prior to issue. Project approved procedures will include but not limited to:

 

  • Detailed description of pre-commissioning activities
  • Detailed diagrams of equipment spreads 
  • Calculations
  • Checklist forms
  • HSE plans and procedures
  • Risk assessments

Offshore Energy will submit a final as-built report upon completion of work scope. The report will contain a detailed log of all activities carried out and contain all necessary charts, data sheets, on job report sheets and instrument calibration certificates. Additionally, an important element of the report would focus on lessons learned to ensure value is recognised and implemented for future projects.
